In 2001, Michelle moved with her family to East Grand Rapids, Michigan from the East Coast. She employed her background in interior design and found that she not only enjoyed the design work but wanted the closure of selling the designs as well! Working as a part-time real estate agent, she soon realized that she couldn’t provide the service she wanted, and switched to full-time. She started small, working her way through short sales and foreclosures to become very well-versed in the industry – meaning there isn’t a real estate transaction she can’t handle!

Building her business became her passion and goal. She now has a team of dedicated agents and staff who also have a passion for real estate. Having a team of support allows her agents to have a life outside the office with their family while their clients still get full-time service.

Michelle has cultivated the team to cover luxury sales and has created a website and marketing strategy that caters uniquely to the Luxury Home Market. The Gordon Group Commercial division was a natural addition that allows the team to cater to their luxury clients’ commercial needs.

Michelle has always loved working with first-time home buyers and makes training her agents to be the best resource to their first-time home buyers a priority. She demands ongoing education that goes beyond the state requirement and weekly meetings with the team to make sure all its members are in constant communication.

In her spare time (when there is any!), she enjoys date nights with her husband and spending time with her grown children. She loves spending time with family and friends by the pool and enjoying great food and wine!

Described by her clients as both “compassionate” and “a bulldog”, Amanda embodies a rare personality combination that makes her the perfect real estate agent. As a 2nd generation Realtor, it’s no wonder — it’s in her blood!

Amanda bought her first home at the age of 22 and performed a complete renovation on it. The 1920’s home reboot was a great opportunity for her to gain a true understanding of what’s behind the walls of a home.

Amanda has worked in real estate in some capacity since the age of 13. By the age of 16, she was working summers in her mother’s office, making sure paperwork was turned in and done correctly. By 18, she worked as an admin until she was ready to get her license. Her years of first-hand experience before getting her license has given her a wealth of training and experience. Now, Amanda works in both residential and commercial real estate and has earned the position of Lead Listing Agent.

Being raised and schooled in East Grand Rapids, Amanda has strong community connections. She, like her mother, enjoys being part of a Local First business and makes an effort to get her clients connected with the best fit for their needs.

She now lives in her renovated home with her two dogs and a cat. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, watching hockey, and volunteering.

Born and raised in West Michigan – as a child, she lived in various areas, from Grand Rapids, to Kalamazoo, to Middleville and everywhere in between.

Felicia is deeply passionate about helping others and problem-solving, so there’s no wonder that she started off with getting her degree in pre-medicine. It wasn’t until Felicia and her husband purchased their first home, she realized that Real Estate was her true passion. Real Estate allows her to bring together all the things that she loves, problem-solving, helping others, brainstorming ideas on renovations, staging, as well as negotiations on a home purchase or sale for her clients.

Felicia works as The Gordon Group Team’s assistant by day, as her organizational and multitasking skills are superb. Growing up as the oldest sibling of many children, Felicia has an innate ability to show compassion and patience to our clients getting them through their Real Estate transactions smoothly. Felicia’s time off is served by selling real estate – HAHA! Felicia fulfills our clients’ needs when buying a home in the country. Her understanding of rural property is firsthand experience, so she is able to grasp the unique opportunities and challenges rural homes bring. Whether it’s a client first home, third home, or downsizing our clients always learn something new about “country living” when working with Felicia.

Felicia is married to her husband Scott, and they share two babies… furry babies that is! When she does have time off her, and her family really enjoy hiking, fishing, bow hunting, camping – pretty much anything that involves being outside.

Buying your home with Felicia will not only be educational but will also be fun and exciting. You will be very happy you choose her as your agent.

William has lived in Muskegon and Hesperia before finally settling in Grand Rapids. He started in real estate as an intern before graduating into an assistant position.

And his knowledge doesn’t end there: Will’s favorite part of working in real estate is the opportunity to get to know his city up close and personal. Though a man of few words, Will has no trouble keeping up with the Gordon Group. As a social media guru, he puts the Gordon Group on the map!

In his spare time, William enjoys reading, exploring new technologies, getting into vintage art, and listening to music.
